You should know how he helped you through the last worry or concern and the knowledge of that would help you to not worry about future potential worries.
I was in a class with some girls in the Woodlands early this spring. We spent some time giving testimonies of how the Lord has blessed us, provided for is, created miracles in our lives. It was such an amazing experience for all of us. We left KNOWING that God is in control and finds joy in blessing and comforting His children. I think when we have experiences like this it is good to remember and not be ashamed to tell other to one another remember how good our God is! Why would we ever worry?
